I have been stating for months that the behind the scenes secret strategies of 'public meetings' and phony 'community support' and phony polls showing community support and overwhelming support of North Monroe Businesses is all a big scam since I AM A CITIZEN RESIDING CLOSE IN AND ENGAGEDED IN THE PROJECT AREA AND NEVER EVER RECEIVED A DIRECT MAILING " Section 17G .060.120 Public Notice-- Types of Notice AIndividual notice is given in writing by regular U.S. mail or by personal service.". I conclude that a direct mailing was NEVER DONE as required. I thought this unusual since the Emerson Garfield Neighborhood Council would send out direct mailings out on Spring Cleanup etc, but cant afford direct mailing for this project which I would think would be far far more essential. Instead they employed digital and social media primarily for their alleged 'surveys' etc. and any public notices (if used) were deliberately obscure enough to allow for the least possible businesses and residents in the afflicted area to be advised - allowing them to screen/filter and stack the deck with followers of the project.
The Planning Commission and the City NEVER SENT A DIRECT MAILING! I'm certain of it! Not to residents, maybe to businesses but not to residents. .
Certainly, the Planning Commission and the City would be able to cover their asses in a predicament like this by having copies of any direct mailing that was sent out, and copies of the postal and clerical fees paid to mail them out. And conversely, if they don't have the documents and proof to cover their ass, then we have a substantial offense that we can pin on them and that will STICK!
Kate Burke was included in this even though she is running for a seat on the council. Her viewpoints and methods are clearly the same as the rest of them. That's why they are helping her campaign.
